KCET 2017 Exam Pattern

KCET 2017 is a common entrance test conducted for the admissions to the professional courses like Medical, Dental, Engineering/Technology, Architecture, B.Pharma, etc for the government seats present in the educational institutions of Karnataka state for the academic year 2017-18. KCET is organized by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Government of Karnataka. KCET 2017 online applications are made available from 27th January 2017.

KCET 2017 Exam Pattern:

1) The exam will be held in 2 days in 4 different sessions for four subjects.

2) Each paper / subject exam is held for duration of 80 minutes.

3) Examination will be conducted in Offline Mode: Pen & Paper Based Test (OMR).

4) Subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology.

5) All questions are of objective type i.e. multiple choice questions only

6) The question paper in each subject will be in 16 different versions.

7) Each paper / subject is held for 60 marks.

8) There is no negative marking.
