Balaji Institute of Management Human Resource Development, often known as BIIB, is a constituent institution of Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP). Balaji Institute of International Business (BIIB), is an ‘A++’ Grade’ AICTE accredited Business School 

It was founded in 2003 and is located in the Brahma Estate building in Kondwa Kund, Pune.  The institute currently provides an MBA degree in several management-related subjects, including finance, marketing, and human resources.
