According to the Act's provisions, the Jharkhand State Government established a new private university with the name "The Y.B.N University" in Ranchi, Jharkhand, on July 17, 2017. YBN University receives recognition from many organizations such as BCI, PCI, NCTE, UGC, AYUSH, & Govt of Jharkhand.
