Physical Education now a days has become important in each and every institute and the career options for physical trainer are booming. Hence it is not a surprise to see many candidates opting for Physical Education courses. For these people every year the APSCHE, Hyderabad conducts a common entrance exam known as PECET exam, Physical Education Common Entrance Test which is the basis for admission into B.P.Ed and U.G.D.P.Ed courses offered by the universities and affiliated colleges all over the state.
This year the PECET is being conducted by the Acharya Nagarjuna University on behalf of the APSCHE. Candidates can obtain the information brochure and application form from the allotted centers in person by paying 350/- or by sending a DD of the same amount drawn in favor of the requested authority. Candidates should be on their toes to ensure that you don’t miss anything in the process of applying for PECET exam and regret later. Eligibility Criteria for PECET :
The eligibility criteria forB.P.Ed and U.G.D.P.Ed is as follows
U.G.P.Ed – Minimum age requirement for candidates appearing for PECET exam is 16 years and should have completed Intermediate or its equivalent for a recognized university. Candidates appearing for the final year exam are also eligible for the PECET
B.P.Ed – Candidates should have passed 3 year degree or its equivalent examination from a recognized institution and should have completed 19 years of age. Candidates appearing for the final year exam are also eligible for the PECET .
