For candidates desiring to get admissions in polytechnic colleges of Andhra Pradesh has to get through the CEEP exam, Common Entrance Exam for Polytechnic conducted every year by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET). Candidates having passed CEEP entrance exam can get admissions into the Engineering, Non-Engineering and Technology Diploma courses offered by various polytechnic institutions.

The CEEP application forms can be obtained from all the polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh, and also from all the e-seva, and meeseva centers by paying a fee of 350/-. The application can also be filled online at various AP online centers. Once the CEEP exam results are announced the whole CEEP admission process is carried out through web counseling.

Eligibility for CEEP :

Minimum educational qualification required by a candidate applying for CEEP exam is SSC or its equivalent examination recognized by Board of Secondary Education.

Candidates passing in supplementary exams of SSC are also eligible for the polytechnic entrance exam
