<b>CLAT Common Law Admission Test</b>

CLAT is Conducted by 14 National Law Schools/Universities, CLAT, The Common Law Admission Test is an all India entrance examination for admissions in to the undergraduate and post graduate degree programmes of these 14 institutes. The CLAT exam is conducted every year by one of these 14 National Law Schools/Universities through rotation process as decided by the first CLAT committee.

Based on the eligibility and CLAT 2013 examination score, candidates get admitted into the following under graduate and post graduate courses.

UG: Five Year Integrated B.A/B.Sc./BBA/BSW/B.Com LLB (Hons.) Degree Courses

PG: Two Year LLM Degree Course

Admission in to the undergraduate courses is done on the basis of merit cum preference where as finalization of admissions into the post graduate courses are done by the respective institutes on the basis of candidate's CLAT 2013 score.

Eligibility Criteria for CLAT 2013:

Eligibility for undergraduate courses is as follows:
1. Candidates should not have less than 50% in aggregate in Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination.
2. Candidates awaiting the results of 10+2 are also eligible to appear for CLAT 2013
3. CLAT 2013 examination has a age limit which is 20 years for general and 22 years for SC/ST and disabled as of July 1, 2012
4. Should have passed the qualifying examination and should submit the proof by the time of admission.

Eligibility for Post Graduate Courses is as follows: LLB/BL degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized university with not less than 55% marks in aggregate is a must for the candidates appearing for the CLAT 2013 examination.
