When Sri Thikkavarapu Rami Reddy garu, Sri. Chenchu Rama Naidu garu came forward to take up the noble task of establishing a college of high quality, he could have believed in the dictum that education is the best way of serving humanity. In this aid the contributions made by local people like our Honourable M.L.A, Sri. M. Maheedhar Reddy garu, Sri. Kancharla Ramaiah garu and Sri. N. Surya Narayana garu are commendable. The founder principal Prof. T. Krishna Swamy brought glory to the chair with his high spiritedness, commitment, noble vision and ever readiness to the welfare of students and that has been the history continued down by many stalwarts and now by Dr. M. Ravikumar garu.
