Guru Nanak Prem Karamsar College, Nadala was established under the guidance of respected Sant Baba Majha Singh Ji of Hoti Mardaan, in the year of 1969, on the eve of 5th Birth centenary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, in the sacred memory of Sant Prem Singh Ji of Murala and Sant Baba Karam Singh Ji of Hoti Mardaan. The pedestal ceremony of this institution was performed on 21 Dec. 1969 by Sant Chanan Singh Ji, the then President,Shiromani Gurudwara Parbhandhak Committee, Amritsar. Since then, the College has been successfully serving the young people of this economically and educationally backward area under the stewardship of Sant Roshan Singh Ji , Head Dera Baba Karam Singh Ji of Hoti Mardan and the Life President of the Governing Council.This College NAAC accredited, Multi-faculty Co-educational college has been affiliated to the Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and offers under Graduate Programme of B.A.(with eight varied subject options), B.Sc.(Economics),B.Com., B.C.A. and Post Graduate programme of M.A.(Political Science) as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.This institution is situated on Nadala-Bholath Road.
