Classrooms- The college features well-equipped, dedicated classrooms with seating capacities ranging from 40 to over 200 students. Classrooms are well-ventilated, furnished, and designed to prevent sound intrusion. 

Transportation Services- For academics, staff, and students, the university operates a fleet of buses that go around Navi Mumbai and Panvel. Students and staff members can commute from different parts of the city using the college's sufficient number of busses.

Hostel- There are separate hostels for boys and girls at MGM Medical College in Navi Mumbai, each with all the amenities needed for boarding and other leisure activities. In order to serve students healthy and clean meals, the dorms have their own kitchens. A first-come, first-served policy will apply to hostel accommodations.

Library- The second floor of the MGM Medical College building houses the MGM Central Medical Library. The library includes subscriptions to 126 academic journal titles (50 international and 76 national). For the purpose of methodically arranging the collection of periodicals, it has a distinct chamber called as the Journal Section. Among the 22600 papers in the library's collection are 20087 novels, 2513 reference books, 9428 bound journal volumes, and 720 copies of theses.

Canteen- The College is where the canteen is situated. By guaranteeing food safety and quality, meals are served to the hostellers and day scholars. There are currently 130 students living in the college's two hostels. They receive three daily meals, Bed Coffee, and tea or coffee in the evening.
