BCA
|
A candidate who has completed the two-year Pre-University examination in Science, Commerce, or Arts from Karnataka state or any other equivalent 10+2 examination is eligible for admission to the first semester of the BCA program. Alternatively, a candidate who has completed the three-year Diploma examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka, or an equivalent Diploma examination from any other state is also eligible for admission to the first semester of the BCA program.

Students who have cleared the Karnataka 2nd PUC / 12th standard / 10+2 / Intermediate or an equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics, along with Chemistry / Computer Science / Biology as optional subjects, and English as a language of study, must have secured a minimum of 45% marks.
For students belonging to SC/ST and other backward classes from Karnataka, the minimum requirement is 40% aggregate in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination, regardless of the scores in the Common Entrance Test / Comed-K / AIEEE / or any other equivalent entrance exams.
