One of the most promising institutions in the state of Assam is Gauhati Commerce College, which is located at the northernmost end of R.G. Barooah Road, Chandmari, Guwahati. On September 10, 1962, the college was established. From its humble beginnings with only 300 students enrolled, the college has grown to become a stable, fully-fledged institution with over 3000 students enrolled and thriving in all extracurricular and academic programs.
This college offers UG-level BBA and B.Com degrees as well as PG-level MBA, M.Com, and PGDCA courses in the areas of business management, accountancy, commerce, and many more. Graduates of these courses have the chance to advance their careers in several corporate organizations.
