Government Medical College, Quthbullapur, located in the Medchal-Malkajgiri District of Telangana, received approval from the National Medical Commission (NMC) to begin admitting MBBS students starting in 2024. The college has been granted 50 seats for the academic year 2024-25 and is affiliated with Kaloji Narayan Rao University of Health Sciences in Warangal, Telangana.
GMC Quthbullapur was established as part of the Telangana government’s initiative, led by the Chief Minister and Health Minister, to open a medical college in every district. The college is dedicated to providing high-quality medical education, supported by a team of experienced and skilled faculty with extensive backgrounds in teaching and training medical students.
