TRRGOI (TRR Group of Institutions) was established in the year 2000 by our founder chairman, Sri T. Ram Mohan Reddy. Sri Ram Mohan Reddy Garu has seen and experienced the plight of rural-based students to pursue professional courses and to carve a better future for themselves. After a few deliberations with society leaders, educationists, and social equity advocates, he launched the “TRR Group of Institutions” with sole determination of providing quality higher education at affordable cost.n the initial phase, TRRGOI started programs and courses (Diplomas, UG, PG) in the Engineering and Technology stream. However envisioning the dire need of healthcare, especially in the rural segment, he commissioned 350 bedded hospital in Inole village.TRR Institute of Medical Sciences came into existence in 2019 after securing LOP by erstwhile MCI, with an annual intake of 150 seats. Currently, we have 5th batch in place and the 6th batch admission is awaited in the month of September 2025.The campus is spread over 100 acres of land in Inole with a beautiful landscape and a massive lung space which is a rarity in present days. The campus boasts of a noise-free, pollution-free, and peaceful atmosphere, most suitable for acquiring knowledge. The campus is located about 40 km from RG International Airport and 30 km from Secunderabad Railway Station. The campus and the surroundings have a unique flavor of semi-urban and rural settings.The college has five large modern and well-equipped lecture halls. It also houses an administration wing, pre-clinical departments, Para-clinical departments, labs, museums, examination halls, a skill lab, and an impressive open-air auditorium. The campus houses separate hostels for boys and girls with all modern amenities, including in-house catering. It has a well planned registration area, OPD, IPD, blood bank round the clock emergency service, well-equipped OT state of the art ICU’s, medicines & allied departments, surgery & allied departments, pediatric & OBG departments, central lab, physiotherapy department, etc… as per the guidelines provided by MCI/NMC.
