Mahatma Gandhi Professional College of Nursing, Bengaluru was established in 2002. The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and is approved by the Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) and the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The curriculum is designed to prepare students to become professional nurses who are self-directed and responsible citizens. Graduates are equipped to provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals, families, and communities and are trained to assume first-level positions in both community and institutional nursing settings. The college is equipped with a variety of well-maintained laboratories, including the Nursing Foundation Lab, Pre-clinical Science Lab, Community Health Nursing Lab, Anatomy and Nutrition Lab, MCH Lab, and a Computer Lab. Additionally, the college has a well-furnished library with ample seating arrangements for students. Separate hostel facilities are provided for men and women, with well-furnished rooms that include attached bathrooms and hygienic mess facilities.
