AP LPCET 2020 Andhra Pradesh Language Pandit Common Entrance Test (AP LPCET) is a common entrance exam conducted by School Education Department, Govt. Of Andhra Pradesh for admissions in government IASE/CTEs and private language training colleges for one year Language Pandit Training courses(TPT/HPT) in all 13 districts of the state.

AP LPCET 2020 Notification:

AP LPCET 2020 Notification will be released in the last week of June 2020 tentatively.

Online application forms and fee payment starts from 1^st week of July 2020 tentatively.

The last date for fee payment is 2^nd week of July 2020 tentatively.

The last date for submission of application form is 2^nd week of July 2020 tentatively.

AP LPCET 2020 Exam Dates

AP LPCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria:

1) Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.

2) Candidate should satisfy the status of local and non-local as per the requirement laid down in AP Educational Institutions Order 1974 Regulation of Admission.

3) Candidates should complete 19 years of age. No upper age limit.

4) Candidate should hold a degree with Telugu or Hindi Languages as subject

AP LPCET 2020 Exam Pattern:                                          Duration: 2 Hours

1) Mode: Computer-based test

2)  Type: Completely objective type i.e. multiple choice questions

3) Duration: 2 Hours

4) Subjects: Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, Language, Literature.

5) Question Paper will be comprised of a total of 100 questions.

6) Total Marks: 100 marks

7) Each question carries 1 mark.

AP LPCET 2020 Application Form:

Application Fee: Rs 500 /-

Fee can be paid through the payment gateway (online).

AP LPCET 2020 Applications will be received online only. AP LPCET 2020 Application form will be available from Last^t week of May 2020 tentatively.

How to Apply Online:

1) Visit the official website and pay the application fee through the payment gateway.

2) Click on “Application Form” and enter the details of fee payment.

3) Proceed to the Application form and fill the personal and academic details.

4) Upload the photograph and signature.

5) Submit the application and take a printout for future reference.

AP LPCET 2020 Syllabus:

AP LPCET 2020 syllabus will be comprised of subjects

a) Numerical Ability,

b) Language,

c) Literature,

d) Current Affairs.

Numerical Ability:

Four fundamental operations (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication & Division) and Averages.

Language:

Telugu Pandit: 1^st Language of 8^th to 10^th classes of AP State Syllabus

Hindi Pandit: 2^nd Language of 8^th to 10^th classes of AP State Syllabus

Literature: Graduate Degree Standard

AP LPCET 2020 Admit Cards

Candidate can download the hall tickets from the official website of AP LPCET 2020. Hall tickets will be issued from 3^rd week of June 2020 tentatively. Hall tickets will contain information regarding candidate and test date, time and venue.

AP LPCET 2020 Qualifying Marks:

Qualifying marks in the entrance test for 35% of the aggregate marks for general category candidates. There shall be no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST category candidates.

AP LPCET 2020 Results

Candidate can get the AP LPCET 2020 results from the official website of AP LPCET 2020. Results will be announced on 1st week of July 2020 tentatively. Rank card will be made available on the official website on the day of result announcement.

AP LPCET 2020 Counselling:

The counselling procedure for AP LPCET 2020 starts from 3rd week of July 2020 tentatively. A prescribed fee (Rs 60 /-) must be paid for web options. Counselling procedure will consist of submission of web options by candidates, allotment of seats to candidates, issue of provisional letters for admission, verification of certificates at DIETs and issue of final submission letter.

AP LPCET 2020 General Instructions:

1) AP LPCET 2020 application forms will be received only through online.

2) In case of any clarifications before, during or after submission of application online the candidates may contact the Help Desk at Telephone Numbers

3) Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

4) No corrections will be entertained after submission of online application.

5) Furnishing of false, wrong or inaccurate information leads to cancellation of the test result and even prosecution in appropriate cases.

6) No request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of answer-sheets will be entertained.

7) All disputes pertaining to the conduct of LPCET shall be subject to the jurisdiction of A.P. High Court only.

8) AP LPCET 2020 is conducted as an online exam i.e. Computer-based test.

9) Guidelines for appearing online exam of AP LPCET 2020 will be kept on the website in due course for awareness of candidates.

10) No materials, books, electronic gadgets will be allowed inside the examination hall.

11) No candidate will be allowed inside exam hall without Hall Ticket.

12) After the commencement of the exam, no candidate will be allowed in the exam centre.

13)  If the no of candidates is less than 200 in a particular district the centre may be merged in a neighbouring district.
