Because of autonomous institution,the syllabus can be updated according to the today's requirements.So it influences me take the course.The curriculum was well prepared and satisfied the real time application.Each exams had a timing of 2.30hours and had a moderate level of questions.There are only two events happens in a year.One is technical symposium conducted at the month of October and Other is Astra Cultural event where 40+events are conducted for the students in the month of February.Every topics of books are placed in the central library and includes interesting journals.Each classrooms are provided with projector.This college secured first in sports at anna university level.There are many clubs runned by the students like Speakers club Tqi Tamil club English club Arts club and many more.The advice for the students is to not depend only on teachers,we should self learn yourself other than academics. So, I took admission in GTBIT in the year 2020 for pursuing B. Tech specializing in Electronics and communication engineering. Admission to GTBIT's B.Tech program requires meeting standard eligibility criteria, including achieving a minimum of 70% in the 12th standard and obtaining competitive marks in the JEE entrance exam. Higher scores are particularly important for admission to IT and CSE branches. Talking about the placements at GTBIT, the college offers decent placement opportunities for students across all branches. However, students in Computer Science and Information Technology tend to have greater prospects. As far as the course fee is concerned, it amounts to something around 1,13,900 per year. The college also provides financial assistance to students in need, including fee waivers or installment payment options. I personally benefited from this support during my second year, which eased the financial burden. Also, the institute's leniency towards late fee submissions is commendable, providing relief to students facing financial constraints. The infrastructure is not too extravagant but quite decent with all the basic amenities needed for academic purposes.
