Established in 2002, the Dr. Pinnamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Foundation (Dr. PSIMS & RF) is located in Chinna Avutapalli, near Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The institute was founded under the sponsorship of the Siddhartha Academy of General & Technical Education, Vijayawada, with the mission to extend healthcare facilities to the rural populace under the PURA (Providing Urban Amenities in Rural Areas) initiative.

Dr. PSIMS & RF is affiliated with Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The institute has also established a dental institution in 2005, further expanding its commitment to comprehensive medical and dental education.
