In response to the increasing need for engineers in contemporary industries, Adhiparasakthi College of Engineering was founded in 2001 with the approval of its founder president, His Holiness Arulthiru Bangaru Adigalar. Vice President of the ACMEC Trust Thirumathi V. Lakshmi Bangaru Adigalar is in charge of overseeing the organization.

Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, and business administration are available at APCE, Tamil Nadu. APCE is affiliated with  Anna University and approved by AICTE.

Additionally, it is a member of the Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI) and the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (IETE), with institutional life members.

• Internet Facility- Every student and faculty member has access to computers in the college's computing centre. Servers and workstations are among the computing resources. Modern campus networks using 20 Mbps leased lines provide staff and students with constant, limitless access to the Internet for their learning and research requirements.

• Canteen- To provide staff and students with hygienically cooked meals, the college has a fully operational vegetarian canteen. Additionally, there is a subsidized mess on campus. For the boys, there is a separate mess available.
