KIITEE 2018 Application Form

  • The KIITEE 2018 Application form can be filled in online or it can be downloaded and filled in manually.
  • In both cases, the form must be physically sent to the exam conducting authority.
  • The KIITEE 2018 Application form must be signed by the candidate and the parents or guardians of the candidate.
  • A photo must be attached to it. Once the printed form is signed and a photo is posted on it, it should be sent along with the required documents to the following address either by registered post or speed post:

KIITEE 2018 Eligibility

  • The school education of the applicants i.e. Class XII must be over till 2016 and 2017. It means that the candidates who have passed their Class XII Exam before 2016 and who are going to pass it in 2018 are NOT eligible for the exam.
  • The candidates must have completed the 12 years of formal education properly and regularly to be eligible as per the Eligibility Criteria of KIITEE 2018 Exam.
  • The minimum aggregate marks in the Class XII exam should be 60%. Candidates with exam score less than that will NOT be considered for admissions.
  • The eligibility criteria state that the date of birth of the applicant should lie on or after 1.7.1995. Earlier-born candidates will NOT be eligible.

KIITEE 2018 Exam Pattern

  • The KIITEE 2018 examination is computer based and is conducted in English.
  • It includes 150 objective questions which are to be completed in 180 minutes.
  • The KIITEE 2018 examination has four sections and every correct answer fetches you 4 marks and a negative answer costs you 1 mark.

KIITEE Engineering Exams:

The KIITEE 2018 exams consist of 120 question divided as follows:

  1. Physics - 40 questions
  2. Chemistry - 40 questions
  3. Mathematics - 40 questions

KIITEE Medical Exams:

The KIITEE 2018 Medical Exams consists of 180 question divided as follows:

  • Physics and Chemistry - 45 questions
  • Biology - 90 questions

KITEE 2018 Admit Cards

KIITEE 2018 Admit card will be available from April 2018 and it can be downloaded from the official website that is . No candidate will be allowed to appear for the KIITEE 2018 examination without a admit card provided for KIITEE and the downloaded admit card will be considered as a valid admit card. Candidates can download their KIITEE 2018 admit cards when the college announces the release for the KIITEE 2018 examination.

  • First of all download the ‘Admit Card’ via official website of KIT University
  • Go to the official web page of KIT University and then press ‘Admit Card’
  • After clicking the ‘Admit Card’, enter details such as Gender/Sex, Registration Number, and Date of birth. After doing this much, click on ‘Submit’ to get done with the completion of the process
  • You will able to access ‘Admit Card’ on the Next Window. Take out print out for the further reference.

KIITEE 2018 Syllabus

There are four sections in the exam:

Analytical Reasoning:

Common topics under AR are: Arrangements, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Clocks and Calenders, Data Structures, Direction Sense, Puzzles and Series

Quantitative Aptitude:

Some of the common topics under QA are Mathematics, Algebra Arithmetic, Geometry, Trigonometry, Permutation & Combination, Probability, Logarithm, Simple & Compound Interest, Speed, Profit and Loss, Time and Distance, Percentages and Mensuration.


Core topics include grammar-based questions, fill-in-the-blanks, Reading Comprehension,

Para jumbles and so on.

General Knowledge:

There’s no defined syllabus for GK. Candidates need to focus on latest news and developments. For static GK, candidates can refer to Yearbooks.

Issues of Social concern:              

Here, candidates should focus on topics such as development-related issues, rural and urban problems and anything related to human development and society.

KIITEE 2018 Results

KIITEE result is usually has been declared in the last week of April. After the result is declared the applicants can see their rank obtained by them in the entrance exam. The Frist result is provisional which is provided by the university and after that, a final list is provided. Both the list by KIITEE University is released separately.

KIITEE 2018 Counselling

The successful candidates after KIITEE 2018 will have to take part in the counselling process which will begin from 3rdMay.

Counselling will stop once all the seats have been filled up by eligible candidates.

For the counselling, the candidates should bring:

  • Admit Card
  • Rank Card
  • 10th Pass Certificate
  • 12th Mark sheet and Pass Certificate
  • Graduation Mark sheet and Pass Certificate only for MCA, MCA(LE), M.Sc. (Biotechnology/ Applied Microbiology)
  • Diploma Pass Certificate and three years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)
  • B.Tech./B.E./ MCA/ M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree Certificate (For M.Tech./LLM/Ph.D Candidates)
  • Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate
  • GATE Score Card (for M.Tech. GATE Qualified only)
  • School/College Leaving Certificate
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 75,000/- which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs.10,000 (Non-Refundable) in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Balance fee as per the fee structure is to be paid on the day of reporting.
