Common Management Admission Test - CMAT is a national level entrance examination for admissions into management programmes, offered by AICTE-affiliated Management Colleges. Nearly 600 MBA colleges are affiliated to AICTE - All India Council Technical Education. Till 2018, it was conducted by AICTE annually, as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. CMAT Test will now be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The CMAT exam is a three-hour computer-based online test which is conducted in a single session to evaluate the candidate's ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.
CMAT 2020 Notification has been released in the month of October 2019. The Online registration for CMAT 2020 starts on 1st November 2019 and closes on 30th November 2019. CMAT 2020 Exam scheduled on 28th January 2020.

CMAT 2020 syllabus is comprised of
a) Quantitative Technique & Data Interpretation
b) Logical Reasoning
c) Language Comprehension
d) General Awareness
Candidates can download the CMAT 2020 admit cards from 2nd week of January 2020. Admit card will be sent to the email id provided at the time of registration. The admit card will contain a photo, name, and signature of the candidate, CMAT Roll Number, test date, time, reporting time at the venue, venue name, venue address, and instructions for the candidate. Candidates should note that admit card is a mandatory requirement to take the test.
CMAT 2020 result is expected to release by 7th February 2020. All the AICTE approved institutions/colleges/universities accept CMAT 2020 score. The CMAT 2020 score is valid only for admissions to the academic year 2020-21. Candidate can download the scorecards from the official website.
Based on the CMAT cut-off score, the candidates will be selected for further admission process. The candidates scoring equal to or more than CMAT cut-off 2020 are only shortlisted for the pre-admission procedures. Over 1000 institutes release their individual cut-off and follow their own selection process which includes Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion round and Personal Interview for selecting eligible candidates.
1) Self Attested copy of CMAT 2020 Admit Card with recent passport size photo pasted on it.
2) At least one original and valid photo identification. Name on the CMAT Application must match with the name on the photo identification.
3) Photo identifications accepted are Driver’s License, Passport, Pan Card, Voter Id, UID Card, notarized affidavit (in English) with photo, signature, date of birth, and residential address.
4) SC/ST candidates must bring the valid caste certificate in original and an attested photocopy.
5) Physically disabled candidates are required to bring the valid Disability certificate in original and an attested photocopy.
6) Attestation can be done by Institute Head also.
