Indira Educational & Charitable Trust was formed a decade ago and the deed of the Trust was executed on 13th March 2002. The founder of the Trust Mr. V.G.Raajendran is a construction professional and has successfully promoted a number of residential complexes in and around the city of Chennai.Having won accolades in his own profession, Mr. V.G. Raajendran, a keen social activist and visionary, felt that he should contribute his might to the betterment of the society as a part of his social commitment. This he felt could be achieved by promoting Educational Institutions that impart high quality education at an affordable cost so that the middle class and the less privilege could stand to benefit.Pandur Village, located 5 kilometres from Thiruvallur Township where the Trust owns sufficient land with the entire necessary infrastructure, was selected to site the institutions. In addition to Instructional area, there are separate hostels for boys & girls and an enhanced modern fully appointed canteen to provide tasty, hygiene, healthy and sumptuous food at nominal cost.The College is located in the main Thiruvallur – Thiruthani National Highway & can be reached by regular Metropolitan Bus Service.
