The institute consistently records outstanding placements. IPE has been regarded as the top option for talent acquisition by elite businesses across all industries. Recruiters rank IPE as one of the best B schools in India, and they have chosen IPE students to fill their pan-India requirements. Corona's market conditions were unstable, yet the Institute nevertheless managed to record 90% placements, keep the average steady, and raise the minimal CTC.

Compared to last year, there are two times as many job openings for the class of 2022. 320 students have been placed so far this year, with the highest CTC being INR 15 lakh and an average CTC of INR 6.4 lakh.

IPE has started several initiatives to encourage postgraduate industrial internships in management institutes. The improvement of students' employability skills, once they graduate from management institutions, is the major goal of these efforts.

Students are also encouraged to participate in online short-term projects on the Internshala Platform, without interfering with regular academic activities. Internships can be full-time or part-time; they are full-time during the summer break and part-time during the academic session. Therefore, opportunities for experiences that cannot be foreseen when organising the course must be provided. IPE Hyderabad has the flexibility to arrange meetings, workshops, project work, seminars, and other events.
