JAIN Deemed to be University, Bengaluru – Application/Admission Process

• Candidates to get admission into JAIN University, need to clear the JET (Jain Entrance Test), which includes Written Test, Group Discussion, and a Personal Interview. Valid scores/ranks obtained in MAT/NMAT/CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT are considered by Jain Deemed to be University for admission to MBA Programmes.  With respect to Ph.D. Programs, UGC NET/CSIR NET scores are accepted.  For B.Des and M.Des besides JET, CEED ranks are also considered.

• Jain Deemed University conducts JET (Jain Entrance Test) for admissions to various UG and PG Programmes.
• Application forms for the JET exam are available online. Candidates need to visit the Jain University Website for further details of the Test.
• After successful registration for the JET exam through online application mode, the Candidates shall be notified with details of the examination.
• Following is the procedure for candidates to apply for admission:
• First candidates need to visit the Official website of JAIN University, Bengaluru, and fill in the application with all relevant details, upload the required documents, including a Passport size photo, and pay the required application fee through Credit/Debit/Net-banking mode.
• Then submit the duly filled din application form and save the application registration number.
• Following is the list of documents to be submitted:
  • Mark sheet of the qualifying examination (10^th to 12^th Class/Degree)
  • Transfer Certificate/School leaving certificate
  • 2 recent passport-size photographs
  • Migration Certificate
  • Work Experience Letter (If applicable)
  • GATE/ CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ Karnataka PGCET/ CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ CMT/ XAT Scorecard (if applicable)
  • Qualified candidates for admission to any program in JAIN University, Bengaluru are required to submit the following original documents before the stipulated date and confirm their admission
  • 10^th and 12^th Class Marks memorandum
  • Transfer Certificate/School leaving certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • Aadhar Card
  • 5 recent passport-size photos in formal dress with white background

It is mandatory for candidates who are qualified for admission to report to the concerned Department on the day of the commencement of the Programme.
