Admission to KITS for 2026 is entrance-based and follows the schedules of Andhra Pradesh’s state-level exams. For B.Tech courses, the AP EAPCET 2026 exam is scheduled for May 12–18, 2026, with the rank list release expected in June. MBA admissions rely on the AP ICET, for which results are declared in mid-May 2026, followed by counseling in July. Diploma admissions are conducted via AP POLYCET, which concluded its exam cycle in April, with results published in May 2026. General engineering counseling typically occurs in July 2026.

The application process is a two-step digital procedure. First, candidates must register and apply for the relevant state entrance exam (AP EAPCET, AP ICET, or AP POLYCET) on the APSCHE portal, paying the registration fee and uploading their 10+2 certificates. After results are released, candidates must register for the online counseling process, where they must select KITS (Divili) as their preferred institution. Final admission is confirmed after seat allotment, which requires physical reporting at the East Godavari campus for document verification and first-year fee payment.
