To benefit the economically disadvantaged residents of Western Tamil Nadu, the Nadar Kalvi Arakkattalai in Erode established a college in Muthur on July 23, 1997. The idea of founding this college was first proposed during the 62nd conference of the Nadar Mahajana Sangam, which took place on June 11th and 12th, 1994, in Erode.The visionary leaders.

Course	Category	Course Fee	Eligibility
BBA	Management	-	To be eligible for the BBA course, you must have successfully completed your 12th standard or its equivalent from a recognized board, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. A student's background can be from any stream, such as Science, Commerce, or Arts.
Ph.D(Management)	Management	-	You must have a Master's degree in Management (MBA), Commerce (M.Com), or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. A 5% relaxation is given to candidates from SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) or Differently-abled categories.
BCA	Computers	-	You must have passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Central or State Board.
B.Sc	Science	-	Pass in 10+2 / Higher Secondary with Science subjects (PCM/PCB/Computer Science depending on specialization).
M.Sc.	Science	-	Bachelor’s degree in relevant science subject. Minimum 50% marks in UG.
BA	Arts	-	Pass in 10+2 / Higher Secondary (any stream: Arts, Commerce, Science).
MA	Arts	-	Bachelor’s degree in Arts (relevant discipline) with at least 50% marks.
Ph.D	Arts	-	You must have a master's degree (M.A., M.Phil., etc.) in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
Ph.D	Commerce	-	A Master’s degree (e.g., M.Com) in Commerce or a related discipline with a good aggregate.
B.Com	Commerce	-	Pass in 10+2 / Higher Secondary, preferably with Commerce, Accountancy, or Mathematics.
M.Com.	Commerce	-	B.Com / BBA / equivalent degree with at least 50% marks.
PhD in Computer Science	Computer Science	-	You must hold a Master's degree (M.Tech., M.E., M.S., M.Sc., MCA, or M.Phil.) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
