SDM College of Business Management Post Graduate Center for Management Studies and Research is the brainchild of Padma Vibhushan Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, the Dharmadhikari of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala, one of the most famous holy sites in south India with a history spanning over eight centuries, is credited with creating Mangaluru. An MBA programme was launched in 2007 by SDM College of Business Management, which is accredited by AICTE and is affiliated with Mangalore University, with 240 students and 25 staff members, the institute reorganized as a distinct organization in 2013 and achieved multiple milestones with its continually creative projects and partnerships with other universities.
