The trust was established in the year 2001 by a group of eminent and service minded personalities.Ever since, the trust is running several educational institutions like a Pre-University College and Degree College affiliated to Bangalore University, Law College affiliated to Karnataka State Law University, Hubli and a Business School.The trust has also been running several skill Development Programs for students and other professionals across the country through its channel partners numbering more than two hundred, spread across the country. These programs have been approved by the Govt. of India bodies like : MSME (Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and NIESBUD (National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development) etc,.
