It’s Founder, Prof. Dr.A.Ramasamy, D.N.,R.N.,B.Sc(N).,M.N.,Ph.D. is well known Nursing expert in the Nursing community in India and has more than 60 years of experience in Nursing and also the first Ph.D Male Nurse in Tamilnadu. The other Trust Member is also an experienced Nursing person and dedicated nursing service For more than 40 years.Shenbagha College of Nursing is located at No.1, Mettu street, Mathiravedu, Thiruverkadu, Chennai-600 077 very nearby to Sri Devi Karumariamman koil, Thiruverkadu, at 16 Km from Chennai Central Railway station and 6Km from Avadi railway station. Buses from all over Chennai are plying to Thiruverkadu bus terminus which is 50 metres from our college.A team of carefully selected and highly qualified persons with proven track record form the faculty to provide a high standard of education. All speciality staff of nursing and non-nursing fields are available as per norms of the University and the INC. Apart from Principal and Vice Principal, the Shenbagha College of Nursing currently has more than adequate teaching faculties including Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Nursing Tutor and Research Co ordinator.We have tie-up arrangements with the famous and leading hospitals. For the clinical experiences and field experiences in all the Nursing subjects. All clinical experiences will be provided as per the standards prescribed by INC,Delhi. The TN Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai and the TN Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai.The students should maintain good conduct, character and behavior at all the times during the 4 years of study. The students behavior should be good in the community as well as in the hospital clinical area. They should maintain the dignity and code of nursing ethics at all times.The students achievements will be informed to the parents time to time. Any type of ragging is punishable and student found guilty will be dismissed from the college at any time of their study, besides, criminal action as per Government instruction and guidance will be imposed.
