Shri Atmanand Jain Institute of Management and Technology (AIMT) was established in 1996 to impart Quality Management Education to the budding managers for the modern corporate world. AIMT is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The Institute is located in Ambala City, 2 km from G.T. Road, and is well connected by road and rail to Chandigarh, Delhi, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and J & K. The Institute focuses on regular up- gradation of its syllabi, in line with Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The Institute secured 88th rank with B+rating out of 578-Management Institutes surveyed by Business India, AIMA and MDRA as per Business India. AIMT has also been awarded “Vidya Rattan Award” in 2003 by 'International Business Council' New Delhi & “Academic Excellence Award” in 2007 by “Indian Solidarity Council” New Delhi. Twenty-Four (26) batches of MBA and Nineteen (20) batches of MCA & (11) batches of BBA and BCA have passed out, from the Institute.
