Health Facility- The Bhai Ghanaiya Ji (BGJ) Institute of Health addresses the healthcare needs of approximately 40,000 employees, their families, students, hostel residents, daily wage workers, contract staff, and mess and canteen employees. It offers 24/7 emergency services and ambulance support, housing a modern clinical laboratory, an advanced computerized ECG, a digital mammographic CR unit, and an X-ray machine, staffed by a general physician and various specialists.

Sports- The university boasts facilities for all major sports, including an air-conditioned gymnasium, an international-standard swimming and diving pool, an 8-lane grassy athletic track, floodlit basketball courts, volleyball courts, hockey, football, kho-kho, kabaddi, softball, cricket, netball, korfball grounds, synthetic and grassy lawn tennis courts, and a 10-meter shooting range. It has earned the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad (MAKA) trophy sixteen times for sports excellence at the national university level.

Internet and Communication  Facilities- Optic and Gigabit technology to all Departments, Centres, Hostels, and the Administrative Block. It is linked with the National Knowledge Network (NKN) and the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Wi-Fi coverage extends to all hostels and academic zones in Sector 14 and Sector 25, offering students and staff seamless access. The Centre hosts critical servers, such as DNS, Mail, and Web Servers, in its data centre and facilitates online services for admissions and entrance examinations.
