VIT University Vellore, reputed research based private university based at Vellore, Tamil Nadu in 1984 under the University Grants Commission (UGC). VIT Vellore's dedication to excellence in academia, innovation and research has led to the institution getting an NAAC A++ grading and the Government of India granting it the status of an Institution of Eminence. VIT Chennai has several campuses in India, with a particularly high number of those in Vellore, Amaravati, and Bhopal.

Integrated Engineering - 10+2 qualification in the science stream are eligible to apply for this course.
MBA Management Rs. 5,98,000.00 A bachelors’ degree of minimum 3-Years after 10+2 examination, from a recognized board. CAT, GMAT, MAT, XAT
BBA Management Rs. 1,62,000.00 10+2 in any stream from a recognised university.
BA LLB Integrated Law - 10+2 & Qualify entrance exams like LSAT, CLAT, MH CET, etc.
BBA LLB Integrated Law - Passed 10+2 from a recognized board in any of the Commerce or Arts stream with securing minimum of 45% marks.
LLM Law - Bachelor's degree in the stream of law or social science with minimum aggregate as per the institute's requirement.
Integrated MSc Computers - Candidates must have passed Class XII from a recognised board. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English must be subjects studied in Class XII.
MCA Computers Rs. 4,07,000.00 Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply. VITMEE
BCA Computers Rs. 1,10,000.00 Candidate must have passed 12th with 50% minimum aggregate.
M.Sc. Science Rs. 1,64,000.00 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Master of Science, Integrated Science - Class XII from a recognised board. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English must be subjects studied in Class XII.
B.Arch Architecture Rs. 2,88,000.00 NATA
MSW Arts - Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50 per cent marks

it has been 8 months in vit for me and it is although a decent college but it doesnot stand upon the hype which is given to it. It literally feels like we are in school and not in college, warden comes for attendance every night at 9pm and if you are not present then he will put a fine upon you but the faculty and academic building and also hostels are pretty decent according to the hype but the only disadvantage is college is way too overcrowded and you will fell it at every point of time.
