The AIT campus is well-equipped with a range of student amenities. Among the amenities the institute offers are: 

Library- AIT features a well-stocked library with a variety of print national and international periodicals, books, and electronic resources. There are 150 seats available in the cutting-edge, air-conditioned reading room with wi-fi. A distinct reference collection kept up to date by the library includes dictionaries, handbooks, data books, encyclopedias, and more. It features CDs, CBT and NPTEL videos, audio/video materials, and a digital area.

Hostel- For male and female students studying undergraduate and graduate degrees on the AIT campus, hostel accommodations are offered by AIT. The hostel rooms at AIT are equipped with the following amenities: each room has a tube light, fan, charging ports, and furniture for each student individually, such as a table, chair, cupboard, book shelf, and bed. Additionally, there is fast Wi-Fi available in each room. 

Sports- The college's sports department is well-equipped. The college's multipurpose hall is used for indoor activities such as yoga, multi-gym, table tennis,  badminton, and squash. Two basketball hard courts, one tennis hard court, one football field, one cricket pitch, and one ground each for volleyball, cricket, and football. 

Cafeteria- There is one outdoor cafeteria on campus, which is located close to the academic building, in addition to the mess halls. The menu offers reasonably priced Chinese, Continental, and North and South Indian dishes.
