Army Institute of Technology – Scholarship

AIT provides a variety of scholarships determined by a number of factors, such as financial need, military experience, and merit. Among the noteworthy scholarships are:

 Dependent wards / widows of Ex Servicemen.

First Year students only.

Boys - 2,500/- pm

Girls - 3,000/- pm

Education Scholarship Scheme (ESSA)

Wards of serving Army personnel and MNS Offr who have not attained 25 years of age at the time of completion of class/course from Class IX to PG level. (Wards of Retired Army personnel, TA personnel, battle casualty and deceased Army personnel are not eligible).

DIAV Scholarship

Wards of soldiers who died in harness

50,000/- and one time computer grant

PRAGATI Scholarship (For Girls only)

a) Admitted to 1st year degree program

b) Family income less than Rs.8 Lakh

(c) Max two girls child per family are eligible

Tuition fee - Rs 30,000/- and Rs 2,000/- pm for 10 months as incidental charges

SAKSHAM Scholarship (Specially abled Boys & Girls)

(a) Specially abled student, having disability not less than 40%.

 (b) Admitted to 1st year degree program .

(c) Family income <8 Lakh

Tuition fee - Rs 30,000/- and 2,000/- pm for 10 months as incidental charges.

TATA MERIT

Topper students of Second Year / Third Year and Final Year of Computer and IT branches.

First- 20,000/-

Second- 15,000/-
