Indian Institute of Management – Eligibility Criteria

• For the PGP Programme, candidates must have qualified for the CAT exam. Candidates will be further selected on the basis of Personal Interview (PI).
• For the Executive PG Programme, candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Candidates are also required to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Managerial or Entrepreneurial sector.
• For the Executive PG – HRM Programme, candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%. Candidates are also required to have a minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in the Managerial or Entrepreneurial sector. However, candidates should not be above 25 years.
• For the Ph.D. Programme, candidates must have qualified for their Master’s Degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% or should have a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree with a 6.5 CGPA.
