Placements: The average salary package offered is 6-7 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 45 LPA. Multinational companies like Google, Amazon and Goldman Sachs visit here. Placements for courses like CS, ECE and mechanical are very good, but it is less for civil, electrical and other courses. Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus and hostel is amazing. There is a large and beautiful area with a lot of greenery. Wi-Fi facility is available all over the campus. Our college is in a large area and in a very good city like Chandigarh, which is the biggest advantage. The library is very good with many good facilities like e-library, etc. The condition of labs is very good, and except for the civil and aero, they are good. However, they are very old, so it doesn't look that good from the outside. Students have many opportunities to explore them in sports, etc., and I also suggest others must take part. Faculty: Teachers here are very good, helpful, well-qualified, experienced and knowledgeable. Their teaching methods are also suitable for all students. They are very good at clearing the doubts of almost every student. Many courses are offered here like B.Tech and PhD also. Other: There are fewer opportunities for scholarships. Campus life is excellent, and many opportunities are offered for extra co-curricular activities, sports, etc. I would recommend you to take part in tech societies, ASCE and Robotics. The campus life here is fantastic. Placements: If you are capable, you will definitely get a job. Approximately 60% of students get placed on campus, and some even qualified government exams. They provide equal opportunities to everyone. Many Indian and foreign companies come to the campus for placements. Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. IDs are provided to everyone to access it. The hostels are very good for stay, and the mess provides high-quality food. A market is there on campus, and all the sports facilities are available for both boys and girls. Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and good mentors. They help all the students in their studies and projects. For every department, there are different labs and buildings. A lot of practical work is done for students to understand things practically. Other: This college is the best in North India, and the locality is fantastic. You can enjoy as much as you can, and the fest called PECfest is also amazing and is the best fest in North India. This college is overrated in the northern states and underrated in the rest of India. Placements: Placements in PEC are much better than many NITs and IITs. The highest salary package offered is 42 LPA offered by Microsoft. The average salary package offered is about 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered varies from 3 LPA - 4 LPA. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 17.5 LPA which is by a non-core company. Almost 50% of the students get placed by college. Infrastructure: Infrastructure is fine and some buildings are very old. Some new lecture halls are also available. The library is good and the Wi-Fi facility is also good. There are 4 boys and 2 girls hostels if you are from other states you can easily get a hostel. Hostel rooms and mess food are fine. Faculty: Course curriculum is good and you have the freedom to choose many courses of other streams also. Teachers are good and well qualified. Semester exams are difficult and you have to prepare well to score a good CGPA. Grading is relative so passing marks are varying according to the difficulty of the course.
