MHT CET 2020 Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai Maharashtra for the admissions into Engineering and Pharmacy Under Graduate courses, offered by Government, Govt. Aided, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State for the academic year 2020-21.

How to Apply:

1) Candidates who wish to apply for MHT CET 2020 must apply through online only. Candidates have to visit the official website.

2) Candidates have to enter the required details to register.

3) Login and Fill details in the application form.

4) Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature with given specifications.

5) Pay the application fee using the above-given modes.

6) Take a printout of the application and keep it safe for future use.

MH CET 2020 Eligibility:

1) Candidates should be of Indian Nationality.

2) A Candidate can claim only one type of Maharashtra State Candidature Type i.e. from Type A to E.

3) Candidates who passed/appearing the qualifying examination HSC/Class XII exam or its equivalent exam are eligible.

4) There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT CET 2020.

5) Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign are exempted from appearing for MHT CET 2020.

MHT CET 2020 Exam Pattern:                                         

1) Mode: Computer-Based Online Test

2) Duration: Each paper is for 1½ Hours duration.

3) Marks: Each paper is of 100 marks.

4) There are a total of 3 papers Paper- I, II, and III

5) All questions have to be answered.

6) No negative marking.

MHT CET 2020 Syllabus:

MHT CET 2020 syllabus is comprised of subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology from HSC (12th Standard) Examination (i.e March 2020) of HSC Board of Maharashtra.

MHT CET 2020 Admit Cards:

MHT CET 2020 admit cards will be available from 5th to 23rd April 2020. Candidates can download the hall tickets from the official website. Admit card contains information like unique registration number, name of the candidate, test date, time, and venue etc. Admit Cards will NOT be sent in post or mail to the candidate.

MHT CET 2020 Results and Rank Card:

The MHT CET 2020 Results are expected to be released on 3rd June 2020. Mark sheets will be available after the release of results. Candidates can find the results in the website and download the rank cards. Rank Cards will NOT be sent in post or mail to the candidate. Rank Cards shall be downloaded from the website by the candidates after the publication of results of the entrance test. The rank card should be produced at the time of admission.


MHT CET 2020 Counselling:

The counselling process is expected to start from the month of June/July 2020. Candidates will be called rank-wise for counselling procedure. Candidates need to register and pay non-refundable counselling fee. There will be certificate verification and candidates have to submit the Xerox copy of certificates.

MHT CET 2020 General Instructions:

1) The Candidates, who wish to apply for MHT CET 2020, must apply through online only.

2) It is advised to visit your allotted Examination Centre well before so that you can take examination tension-free.

3) It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they are answering the correct Question Booklet of the branch for which they are eligible for admission.

4) Candidates must return both Question Paper Booklet and OMR Answer Sheet after the test. Another page in the OMR sheet can be taken by the candidate for reference to his/her answers.

5) The Question booklet code, Hall Ticket Number and other details must be entered correctly and properly on the OMR Answer Sheet, in the Test. Otherwise ranks declared, if any will be cancelled subsequently in such cases.

6) Candidates are required to report before the scheduled start time of the test for the verification & security check.

7) Hall Ticket should be produced at the time of Entrance Test and also at the time of Admission.
