TS EAMCET Admit Card 2019 – Important instructions

• TS EAMCET 2019 admit card should not be mutilated, tampered or soiled in any way. Candidates will not be allowed to sit for the exam if any attempt of alteration is found on it.
• Candidates must preserve TS EAMCET admit card 2019 throughout the admission process.
• Along with TS EAMCET 2018 admit card, candidates must also carry a copy of their filled application form with duly affixed passport sized photograph (coloured) attested by Gazetted Officer or principal of the institute from where candidate has passed the qualifying examination.
• On the exam day, candidates will have to put their signature and left hand thumb impression in the presence of invigilator on the filled in application form.
• SC/ ST candidates must also bring an attested copy of caste certificate to the TS EAMCET 2019 exam centre.
• At the time of downloading TS EAMCET admit card 2019, candidates except for those who have cleared their Qualifying Examination (QE) from Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, must download the DM (Declaration of Marks) form. The form has to be duly filled and submitted along with attested photo copies of marksheet of QE within prescribed timelines.
