Recommends this college
The college campus is around 500 acres and still expanding. 1st semester mainly goes into exploring. I would suggest scoring above 9 CGPA because VIT has a rule that will exempt the 75% attendance criteria and you can do whatever you want in your free time. There are 150+ clubs and chapters and you can join to enhance your college experience. Placements for ECE are 6-8LPA on average and 700 companies come to the campus. You will surely get placed

Campus Facilities: The campus is very big and has 18 Men's hostel blocks and 7 girls' hostel blocks. Food inside the campus is hygienic and of good quality. There are a lot of options other than mess facilities. You can easily get a tasty meal at 150rs outside the campus. Labs are well equipped.
Campus Life: Campus life is the best. You have to get into the hostel at 9.30 pm(for boys). But you can stay out late till 1 am if you're a part of the club and have taken permission from the warden. There are events going on in every corner of the campus every day. Riviera is the highlight of the year.
Faculty: Some faculties are good, some are a bit strict, depending on your luck. Sumit Kumar Jindal sir of Micro-Controllers and Naveen Mishra sir of Signals and Systems are some of the best faculties I have met on campus.
Placements: Around 700 companies come to the campus and you will be eligible for at least 200 if you are an ECE student. Avg. the package is 6-8LPA. The highest is 30LPA and the Minimum is 3LPA. Internships are mostly backed by CS/IT students.
Salary Package: 6 - 8 Lakhs
Start Up Incubator: Krypto is a well-funded start-up backed by VIT incubator
