IILM University is located in the heart of Gurugram and has everything you can need around. The university offers a variety of courses and a great option to pick minors as well from other departments in the college. Different hostels for girls and boys are there and the mess food is hygienic as well. I study Fashion Design and Management and have loved the practical and industry based curriculum so far.

Campus Facilities: The infrastructure of the university is good. We are provided with air conditioned classrooms that are well furnished as well. The choice is yours whether you want to stay on or off campus. The university provides you with hostel facility that comes with 3 meals a day. The food quality is amazing and there's a large variety of food and the menu for the hostel mess changes everyday and every meal. We have different labs for different departments like material lab and fashion lab for fashion design students and medial lab for BJMC students.

Campus Life: There are a number of clubs and societies in the university run by the student body and overlooked by the staff. These difference clubs host different events regularly based on their areas of expertise. The university also holds regular workshops to widen the exposure and help us become familiar with new ideas and thoughts as we go.

Faculty: The faculty for fashion design and management is exceptional with their constructive criticism. They have their own unique ways of teaching, mostly based on practical work, and are always ready to help you grow and provide you with honest feedback. The university holds regular field trips, workshops and seminars to widen our knowledge and exposure.

Placements: The university provides internships from first year that is usually in an NGO and further on to other companies depending on your course and abilities. As a first year student, we are prepared for the industry experience from the get go, the curriculum being heavily based on practical work.

Start Up Incubator: We do have an Entrepreneurship club in the university that works as an incubator for budding entrepreneurs and provide guidance for the same.
