Well, Thapar is a good private college with a good placement and average package of 10 lpa, here you get a excellent campus life but 75%attendence is must here in every course, Thapar has great infrastructure and hostels are also pretty good overall is it is good college to consider if you got 90-95 percentile in jee mains

Campus Facilities: Thapar have standard course curriculum, faculty here is highly qualified and exams here are easy and you can score pretty good in them only via 2 days of practice. Exams are mid semester and end semester

Campus Life: Life here is good and infrastructure is quite impressive with all the facilities required, labs hai all types of machines and equipments, there is good social life, it has it's annual fest with name of satanalia. Thapar is situated in main city of patiala so many clubs and restaurant are around

Faculty: Faculty here is highly qualified and most have done their PhD from renown institutes, however course they follow is bit outdated and you need to get extra knowledge to got to good placement

Placements: Placement here are fine with average package of 10lpa, third year and onwards students are allowed to sit in campus placement, minimum cgpa required to sit in placement is 7. Almost all good companies come here.
