As per my opinion Mtech from HBTU is not worth doing whatever be your branch. If you are going to pursue Mtech then there might be many reasons. But major are that either you want a Mtech degree and knowledge of your field and also stipends is a reason or you want to pursue phd after Mtech if it is your plan. In both cases I would say big no for Mtech.

HBTU is best college after top 15 NITs of India. It's NIRF Ranking is 166 and it is one of the best Engineering College of India. It has high placement records and very big campus. Some companies always visits the college like Samsung, Reliance digital , Google , Microsoft etc.
