MH CET 2017 Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is a state level entrance examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai Maharashtra for the admissions into Engineering and Pharmacy Under Graduate courses which are offered by Government, Govt. Aided, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State for academic year 2017-18.

MH CET 2017 Notification:

MH CET 2017 exam date was released on 11th November 2016. Exam is scheduled on 11th May 2017.

MH CET 2017 notification is released on 14th February 2017.

MH CET 2017 application forms are made available from 14th February 2017.

MH CET 2017 Eligibility:

1) Candidates should be of Indian Nationality.

2) A Candidate can claim only one type of Maharashtra State Candidature Type i.e. from Type A to E.

3) Candidates who passed / appearing the qualifying examination HSC/Class XII exam or its equivalent exam are eligible.

4) There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT CET 2017.

5) Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign are exempted from appearing for MHT CET 2017.

MH CET 2017 Exam Pattern:                                              Duration: 1½ Hours / paper

1) Mode: Pen & Paper based test

2) Duration: Each paper is for 1½ Hours duration.

3) Marks: Each paper is of 100 marks.

4) There are total 3 papers Paper- I, II, and III

5) All questions have to be answered.

6) No negative marking.

2) Candidates have to enter required details to register.

3) Login and Fill details in the application form.

4) Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature with given specifications.

5) Pay the application fee using above given modes.

6) Take a printout of the application and keep it safe for future use.

MH CET 2017 Syllabus:

MH CET 2017 syllabus is comprised of subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology from HSC (12th Standard) Examination (i.e March 2017) of HSC Board of Maharashtra.

MH CET 2017 Admit Cards:

MH CET 2017 admit cards will be available form 24th April 2017 to 11th May 2017. Candidates can download the hall tickets from the official website. Admit card contains information like unique registration number, name of the candidate, test date, time, and venue etc. Admit Cards will NOT be sent in post or mail to candidate.

MH CET 2017 Results and Rank Card:

The MH CET 2017 Results are expected to release on or before 4th June 2017tentatively. Mark sheets will be available after the release of results. Candidates can find the results in the website and download the rank cards. Rank Cards will NOT be sent in post or mail to candidate. Rank Cards shall be downloaded from the website by the candidates after publication of results of the entrance test. The rank card should be produced at the time of admission.

MH CET 2017 Counselling:

The counselling process is expected to be start from the month of June/July 2017 tentatively. Candidates will be called rank-wise for counselling procedure. Candidates need to register and pay non-refundable counselling fee. There will be certificate verification and candidates have to submit the Xerox copy of certificates.

MH CET 2017 General Instructions:

1) The Candidates, who wish to apply for MH CET 2017, must apply through online only.

2) It is advised to visit your allotted Examination Centre well before so that you can take examination tension-free.

3) It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they are answering the correct Question Booklet of the branch for which they are eligible for admission.

4) Candidates must return both Question Paper Booklet and OMR Answer Sheet after the test. Other page in OMR sheet can be taken by the candidate for reference of his/her answers.

5) The Question booklet code, Hall Ticket Number and other details must be entered correctly and properly on the OMR Answer Sheet, in the Test. Otherwise ranks declared, if any will be cancelled subsequently in such cases.

6) Candidates are required to report before the scheduled start time of the test for the verification & security check.

7) Hall Ticket should be produced at the time of Entrance Test and also at the time of Admission.

8) Candidates should carry the following to the test venue

a) Admit Card and your valid photo ID proof

b) Black ball point pen
