AP PGECET 2024 Results Declared!

AP PGECET 2024 Results will be announced by Andhra University.  Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test and in short AP PGECET 2024 is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) for the academic year 2024-2024. Candidates can view and download their AP PGECET Scores available at sche.ap.gov/pgecet. Enter your Registration No. and DOB to access the page. The results of PGECET will carry secured marks and the qualifying status of the candidate. The Rank Card of AP PGECET will also be released with the results. Candidates who score above the minimum cut-off marks will be called for the counselling procedure for final admissions

How to check AP PGECET 2024 Results

• Candidates visit the official website of AP PGECET
• A new page will be opened on the screen.
• Fill in your “Registration Number” & “Date of Birth”.
• Select “Exam Paper for Entrance Test”.
• Now, click on the “View Result” button.
• Check your results.
• Download it & take a printout copy for the admission procedure.

AP PGECET Rank Card/ Score Card

• AP PGECET 2024 Rank Card is released separately after the results are announced.
• Only those who qualify will get a position on the merit list.
• Candidates must take a printout of the rank card as it will be required at the time of the AP PGECET Counselling and Seat Allotment procedure.
• At the time of preparing the rank cards, the admission authorities will allot ranks to candidates qualifying for the examination with the qualifying percentage marks.

AP PGECET Qualifying Marks

The qualifying marks for obtaining a rank in AP PGECET 2024 are 25% of the total marks. This means 30 marks out of a total of 120 marks. However, for SC/ ST category candidates there are no minimum qualifying marks.

AP PGECET 2024 Counselling

Qualified candidates must attend the counseling, as prescribed in the counseling call letter. The candidates will have to register and fulfill the document verification procedure in person. For registration, candidates will have to remit the fee of Rs. 1000 (Rs. 500 for SC/ST/PH) category candidates. The amount is non-fundable but mandatory to be paid. After the registration, candidates will have to collect their scratch cards. In it, a serial number and password will be given, using it candidates will be able to submit their preferences for the courses and college. Then, as per the entered data, the seat allotment result will be announced and the candidates will have to confirm their seats.

• AP PGECET 2024 counseling process will be notified in 2024.
• Counseling will be conducted in 2 rounds.
• Candidates will be able to appear for counseling after they are done with certificate verification and submission of the counseling fee.
