Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board in any stream, such as science, commerce, arts, or mathematics.

Students must have passed their 12th grade with a minimum of 45–50% marks. Students must have studied Mathematics in class 12. Some institutions may give preference to students who studied Computer Science as well. Students from reserved categories like ST, SC, or OBC may be eligible for a 5% relaxation.
