To apply for admission to MVJ Medical College & Research Hospital candidates must follow a structured process primarily based on the NEET examination results. Following is a detailed overview of the application and admission process for the MBBS program.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.

Fill Application Form: Complete the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling application form after registration.

Document Upload:

  • NEET rank card
  • Aadhaar card
  • Class 12th mark sheet
  • Signatures of both parents and the student
  • Student's thumb impression and photograph.

Download Verification Slip: After uploading documents, download the verification slip using the secret key provided.

Choice Filling: Fill in your preferred college choices online using the downloaded verification slip.

Result Declaration: Once results are declared, candidates can reshuffle or delete their college choices but cannot add new ones.

Payment of Fees: After final results are announced, pay the MBBS tuition fees.

Reporting: Report to KEA first, then to the allotted college after the first round of counselling.
