Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management is an essential component of IIT Bombay. The institution was renamed in 2000 to honour eminent IIT Bombay alumnus Dr. Shailesh J. Mehta. The School of Management was founded in 1995 to provide working executives with an Executive Masters Program (EMBA), a Doctoral Program (+PhD), and a Postgraduate Program (MBA) (in collaboration with Olin Business School of Washington University).
Additionally, they provide both short- and long-term management development programs (MDPs), which comprise training initiatives tailored to individual companies.
