• Printed Application Form
• Class 10^th & 12^th mark sheet (S.S C, CBSE, ICSC,) Xerox copy
• Other than the intermediate board they have to submit the original migration certificate.
• Xerox copy of Aadhar card
• Xerox copy of Caste certificate
• Income Certificate original
• Transfer Certificate Original
• Two passport size photograph
• DOST registration original acknowledgement.
