AP SBTET

Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training

The AP SBTET 2026 examinations are conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh (SBTET AP) for students pursuing Diploma and Polytechnic courses in the state. SBTET AP is responsible for regulating technical education at the diploma level, including syllabus formulation, semester examinations, results, certifications, and academic reforms.

The AP SBTET 2026 examinations are conducted for various engineering and non-engineering diploma programs such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automobile Engineering, and Pharmacy (D.Pharmacy). These examinations play a vital role in enabling students to progress to higher education or enter the technical workforce.

AP SBTET conducts diploma examinations twice a year—typically during April–May and October–November—in offline (pen-and-paper) mode. The board follows a structured evaluation system, and results are published online through the official SBTET portal. Students who do not clear a subject are given opportunities through supplementary examinations conducted along with regular exams.
