Sathyabama University All India Entrance Examination (SBAIEE) is conducted by Sathyabama University. The exam is a gateway for admissions to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the University including engineering, medical and architecture programmes. Application form of SBAIEE 2019 can be filled either online or offline, and is available from 1st November, 2018. For admission in the university, candidates must cleared both class X and XII with minimum 60%. In 10+2 candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. Registration

To get registered, candidates will have to enter their name (in upper case), email ID, mobile number and other details. On successful registration, a confirmation link will be sent to the registered email ID.

Log-in to fill the form

The candidate will have to log in to the newly created account, and fill all required fields like personal details, qualifying exam details, address of correspondence, and preferred exam centre. The candidate also needs to furnish Aadhaar details to fill the form.

Payment of Application Fee

In this step, the candidate needs to pay the application fee of Rs. 950.

Mode of Payment: The application fee can be paid either online (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking) or offline (Indian Bank Challan). Candidates paying by offline mode must note that the challan can be generated only between 9 am and 9 pm.

Offline Application (Physical Mode)

To submit physical copies of the SBAIEE 2019 application form, the candidate first needs to obtain the application form from Sathyabama University Campus by making a payment of Rs. 950. An alternate way to collect the form is through post by sending a request letter along with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.1000 drawn in favour of Sathyabama University, payable at Chennai. Candidates must ensure that they send the request letter on or before March 26, 2019.

SBAIEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must also note that the SBAIEE eligibility criteria 2019 is different depending on whether the candidate is applying for B.E / B.Tec or B.Arch programme. So, candidates need to be careful to conform to the SBAIEE 2019 eligibility criteria of the programme they are applying to.

BE/B.Tech programmes (other than Biotechnology)

• Candidate must have passed Class 10 or equivalent exam with minimum 60% aggregate marks or have obtained a CGPA of “6.0”
• Passed 10+2/ HSC / ICSE or equivalent exam from a recognised board with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

B.Tech Biotechnology

• A pass in Class 10 or equivalent exam with minimum 60% aggregate marks or CGPA of “6.0”
• Passed 10+2/ HSC / ICSE or any equivalent exam with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology

B.Arch

• A pass in Class 10 or equivalent exam with minimum 60% aggregate marks or CGPA of “6.0”
• Passed 10+2/ HSC / ICSE or equivalent exam with at least 60% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The candidate also needs to have a valid NATA score with an average of 80 marks out of 200.

SBAIEE 2019 Syllabus

The syllabus of SBAIEE is prescribed by the university. Candidates studying for the entrance exam must be familiar with the topics in SBAIEE syllabus for each subject. Questions in SBAIEE 2019 will be framed on the basis of the syllabus. Aspirants must refer to SBAIEE 2019 syllabus while preparing for the entrance test and they must ensure to cover all the topics for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.

SBAIEE 2019 Admit Card

The slot booking of SBAIEE 2019 will commence from April 10th, 2018. To participate in the SBAIEE 2019 slot booking, candidates need to log-in to the Slot Booking/Download Hall Ticket window using their application number or registered mobile number.

During the slot booking process, the candidate has to enter the centre he/she wishes to appear from and then check the available time slots for that centre. Once the candidate is satisfied with a time slot, the candidate can submit that slot. After slot booking process is over, the candidate can proceed to download the hall ticket of SBAIEE 2019, an important document needed to take the exam. Before downloading the SBAIEE 2019 hall ticket, the candidate needs to ensure that the details mentioned in it are correct. SBAIEE 2019 hall ticket will display the venue and address of the exam.

SBAIEE 2019 Result

The result of SBAIEE 2019 will be published on May 2, 2019. To check the SBAIEE 2019 result, candidates need to log in to the SBAIEE result window using their application number. Along with the SBAIEE result 2019, the counselling call letter of shortlisted candidates will also be available for download. Shortlisting of candidates for counselling will be done based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam.

SBAIEE 2019 Counselling

Candidates will be shortlisted for counselling of SBAIEE 2019 based on their performance in the entrance examination. Counselling call letters for shortlisted candidates will be made available at the time of declaration of SBAIEE 2019 result. To download the SBAIEE 2019 counselling call letter, the candidate will have to log in to the result portal using their application number. SBAIEE 2019 counselling will take place from May 21-26, 2019. Counselling will be conducted as per the marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam, with higher ranked candidates getting precedence. The SBAIEE 2019 counselling process will include steps like document verification.
