TS SET 2023 Telangana State – State Eligibility Test (TS SET) is a state-level recruitment examination conducted by Osmania University for the recruitments and promotions of Lecturers and Assistant Professors in Degree colleges and universities in the State of Telangana as per the UGC regulations. TS SET 2023 Eligibility:

1) Candidates should have passed PG Degree in the relevant subjects.

2) Candidates who are appearing for the final year PG Degree are also eligible.

3) Candidates of the general category should secure at least 55% of marks. For the candidates who belong to BC/SC/ST/PH/VH categories, should secure at least 50% of marks.

4) There is No Upper age limit to apply for TS-SET examination.

5) A candidate can avail any number of chances.

1) After receiving the Unique Registration Number, candidates need to login only after 24 hours for payment.

2) To obtain confirmation page the candidate is required to log in after 24 to 48 hours for application details and printout.


How to Apply:

1) Candidates who wish to appear in TS SET 2023 must apply through online only.

2)  Candidate must visit the TS SET 2023 official website and click on “Online Submission”.

3) Fill the online application with required details like personal and academic details

4) Upload Photo and Signature.

5) Pay the prescribed fee.

6) Take a printout of the confirmation page.

TS SET 2023 Admit Cards :

TS SET 2023 hall tickets will be made available through online only. Candidate can download the hall ticket from TS SET official website. To download the hall ticket, candidates will be required to enter their Unique Registration Number (URN). Hall tickets will not be sent by the post system. The hall ticket will contain the details like name of the candidates, exam date, time, and venue etc. Hall Ticket should be produced at the time of exam along with the valid id proof like Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport etc.


TS SET 2023 Results and Certificate:

Criteria for declaring results:

1) Candidate should secure a minimum score in TS SET 2023 to get the eligibility for lectureship.

2) A merit list is prepared subject-wise and category-wise using the aggregate marks of all the three papers secured by those candidates who obtain about mentioned scores.

3) Top 15% candidates for each subject and category, from the merit list, prepared will be declared as qualified in TS SET 2018.


TS SET 2023 Certificate:

Candidates should note that no mark sheet will be given from the SET office either qualified or not qualified. No revaluations of papers are allowed for SET Examination. The SET agency will issue certificates to the qualified candidates after the announcement of TS SET 2023 Results careful verification of the concerned certificates of the candidate. The same photograph of the candidate which is printed on the hall ticket will also be printed on the certificate to be issued by the Office of the TS SET.


TS SET 2023 General Instructions:

1) The candidates who qualify in the test are eligible to apply for the post of Asst. Professors / Lecturers in various universities and degree colleges of higher education in Telangana. They will be given eligibility-certificate and the validity period of certificate is forever.

2) Candidates should note that their candidature is provisional. The mere fact that an admission card has been issued to a candidate will not imply that the university has finally accepted his/her candidature. Candidates may note that their candidature will be deemed final upon verification of eligibility conditions.

3) In case any ineligibility of candidate is detected by the Agency at any stage, their candidature will be cancelled and they shall be liable for legal action.

4) Hall Ticket should be produced at the time of exam along with the valid id proof like Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport etc.

5) The Question booklet code, Hall Ticket Number and other details must be entered correctly and properly on the OMR Answer Sheet, in the Test. Otherwise ranks declared, if any will be cancelled subsequently in such cases.

6) Candidates should carry the following to the test venue

        a) Hall Ticket and your valid photo ID proof

        b) Blue ballpoint pen

7) A candidate who does not appear for Paper I and II will not be permitted for Paper III.

8) Visually Challenged Candidates shall be provided 30 minutes extra time separately for Paper-land Paper-II. For Paper-III, 45 minutes extra time shall be provided.
